This baby quilt pattern features a traditional 12-inch aeroplane block that can be reused in your own creations.
Each aeroplane needs only small amounts of fabric, so you can buy a handful of fat eighths or use up coordinating scraps.
With only six blocks to sew, the quilt comes together quickly.
Templates and straightforward measuring and cutting are used to create the aeroplanes. The blocks are made slightly large and trimmed to size, and they have no tricky points to line up.
